- גַּרְדָּנָא, גִּירְ׳m. (גרד) 1) = גַּרְדַּי, weaver. Ab. Zar.26a there was among them הד גר׳ Ms. M. (ed. גיר׳) one weaver. Ib. ג׳ דלא טייזן, v. טַיְיזָן. (Var. גרדן, גרדנאי in Rashi a. l., v. Rabb.
